We are happy to offer ISDN services at the same rate as standard dialup internet access.
However, should you wish to use more than one ISDN data channel, to attain a broadband internet access speed, the following limitations apply:
In Geelong, Hourly Account Types:
Each data channel that is connected will be timed as a unique call. If you have 2 channels connected you will be billed for 60 minutes usage for 30 "real" minutes. If you have 30 channels open you will be billed for 30 hours of usage in any given hour.
This could count up to phenomenal figures...
In Geelong & Melbourne, Flat Rate Account Types:
Unlimited hour type accounts will not have their 1 session limit changed for ISDN access - if we only charged a customer $29.95 per month to consume 10 of our dial-in lines we would be loosing money.
If you wish, we can increase the number of channels for an unlimited type account under the condition that we charge (<account_type_charge> x <allowed_channels>) per month, regardless of how many channels you use during the month.
